The adapter is great except that it doesn't fit my ASUS as well as I'd like. It will only charge if the cord is held at a certain angle while plugged in as it is a loose fit.

Thank you, I purchased this for my daughter's laptop about two weeks ago. I gave it to her and next thing, I here is music playing. She stayed on that laptop a long time. She has no complaints. I didn't have to help her figure it out and she's only 14 yrs old. So far, so good. Thank you again, because I really didn't want to spend $75 dollars or more for the exact one.

The item was shipped immediately and arrived within a few days. The effectiveness of this company can not be doubted, and I personally applaude them for that.
The only problem I have with the item is that it worked for all my other laptop computers except the one I actually bought it for. But I guess it is not the fault of this company, since their package was complete.
