The tweeters are mounted in JBL's proprietary Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal (EOS) waveguides for improved high-frequency dispersion anywhere in the listening room. The slim and wall-mountable 5-1/2"-deep enclosures complement the latest flat-panel televisions, and also makes these speakers the perfect surround-channel solution.
