Near perfect replacement for original adapter for my 1101HAB Asus netbook. The adapter that came with it overheats and shuts down. I already had it replaced by a local dealer but it still overheats so I ordered this replacement adapter. The plug is a wee bit long but since it clicks and locks in place it does not fall out when the unit is moved. After fully charging my netbook it was only warm which is normal. I can now travel without fear of an adapter shutting down.

I got burned with one of the bad original power adapters that came with my Eee PC 1005HA, ASUS service is horrible, and i needed a working power adapter now so i could use the netbook. This one works great, and hopefully won't burn out in three months like the defective ASUS cord that ships with the netbook. Bought mine from Battery1inc because they had Fulfillment by Amazon, so i could use my free 2-day prime shipping (yay!)

Unfortunately the power adapter that I purchased was defective. I waited quite a few days for it to arrive and when it did, it was defective and did not charge the netbook, so I had to return it and wait another few days to receive a refund. I was told that it is the type of product that doesn't allow for a simple exchange. So I had to go elsewhere to buy another power charger, since I didn't want to run the risk of receiving another defective one. I am still waiting to receive it in the mail!!
