I got 2 kids who are 5 years old apart. Obviously they don't watch the same thing. So I did some research and bought this dual screens dual players package for a road trip from LA to SF. My kids love them! No more fight over movies and the important thing is, me and my husband can listen to the radio while they're on their headphones.



Overall, these are very good quality players. I picked these players after I've read some review at [..] and very good review from Europe. Yes! This is an European brand.



Good picture quality and they have never been "frozen" and "skipped" at the middle of a movie. They have the headrest holder which secure the players at the back of the headrest. It's right at the eye level for the kids and they don't need to hold up their heads for the hours-long trip. Buttons are located on the top of the player or it can be controlled by the remote control. I'm very happy with the purchase.

My Coby DVD player just broke down and I've decided to spend a couple more dollars and go for something more sturdy. I think I've found the right one.



This Nextbase DVD player has excellent picture quality. Comes with 2 wireless headphones (got them from promotion). Even without the headphones, the speakers have good sound.



I used it mostly in cars. It comes with a mount that has adjustable straps and can be tightly mount behind any type of headrest. The player secures right at the eye-level of the backseat passengers.



It's not very heavy considering that it has a built-in rechargeable battery. It got a nice carrying case for the player, remote and fits my DVDs well. It has an USB port and basically reads every disc format. An excellent choice for travel.

I first bought the Sony DVP-FX820 8" DVD player and ended up returning it. The picture quality and battery life were both good but who wants to watch a movie in a car while holding the player on your lap the whole time?! Of course it gets hot after awhile and my back gets sore. I also couldn't find a wireless headphone that would work with that system.

I switched to this Nextbase 10" player and have been happy with it. Picture quality is excellent. I like that it's tablet-style and came with an attachment to mount it to the back of headrest, which is lot more comfortable during long rides. It also came with two wireless headphones which were pretty good quality, surprisingly.
