I purchase this one, as it had a great price - but when getting it, it couldn't read any DVD and CD, and insist on "no disc" message.
I contact the Axion customer service, but haven't got any replay back.
Lucky me that Amazon is enabling you to return defective products (although I haven't seen my money back yet..).
Don't waste your money on this one ...

i was enticed by the $49.99 short term price. there is a reason it is so cheap. i have had it two days and it already doesn't work. it started where it was skipping as if the battery/power was not connecting and then the screen stopped playing a full image and the image being shown was scrambled. there is a reason this is so cheap. save your time and money and get something better.

i got this player specifically so i could watch movies on my drive down to the beach. about half way through the second movie the player froze and about 20 seconds later black lines started to move across the screen and a loud screeching noise came out of the speaker. not a good product

Haven't had a chance to use it for extended times yet but initial use has been good - the picture is clear and sound is great. I would recommend it.
