This carrying case is a generic one and NOT manufactured by or for the SONY portable DVD player. While the player fits nicely all by itself in the bag, there is little room left to also safely store the accessories that came with the player (e.g. chargers, power cord, etc. Moreover, this item is vastly overpriced for what you get. My advice is to shop around - one could probably find a similar but roomier carrying case for a lot less money at discount stores.
